thats true. there were very big queues out there - which meant that people were still queing outside to get in to say hi to FB by the time mike and i got our photo taken. to be fair though the people in tower were great about the whole thing.

Yeh there were some queues that day - I bet Tower Records regreted not having any copies of SMYT for sale - could have made a fortune and put Frank at the top of the charts. (Wonder if Frank would go on Top of The Pops????)

you lucky gits. because i live in clare and i couldn't get a lift early enough, i waited in that queue for 20 mins, and then they closed the door. and i saluted him when he came out(I'M A REAL FAN!!!)

Tower is a funny shaped shop - HMV would have been better. People outside made good use of the telephone boxes to see in. For what it's worth Brackish Girl - Bazza and myself were right at the back and saw nout until the end.
