It's absurd to try to pick just one. Letter to Memphis is quite well crafted and underappreciated. The chords that lead into Wave of Mutilation are pretty amazing.

I'm not going to pretend I know the musical terms, so I will denote my favorite chord changes with . (Sometimes I refer to these as gearshifts!)
