| Love the Bowie, can't stand the Moby. Didn't actually see it, but In all honesty, I don't really dig the Bowie version of cactus, primarily based on the fact that he added a bridge progression. In the original there is no bridge, and I love bridgeless songs. Like the whole Stooges Funhouse LP. |

i thought it was cool how he spelled "C-H-U-C-K" instead of "P-I-X-I-E-S" in that performance..
on the Bowie album version they spell "D-A-V-I-D".. but on Leno they did that, and then at the end Bowie started yelling "Charlie!".. he's obsessed.

what i've heard of the new Bowie sounds good..
bowie has supported Frank so much it's ridiculous. he also supports other worthy acts..
i remember him mentioning Grandaddy and Mercury Rev on that show too.. the man has taste.
