Anybody heard of the Super Furry Animals... silly question...
i've recently been introduced to there wonderfully furry ways... i love these guys...
I stumbled on them by accident.. i was in sunrise one day and the name caught my eye... and so did the cover...so i bought it on a whim and they are now one of my favorite bands...

i like them - they have some pretty good tunes. they are probably the 2nd best welsh band ever - after the manics of course (IMHO).

a few of my friends are really into them . i only listened to the recent album and couldn't get into it, but i saw them open up for Grandaddy a few weeks ago and enjoyed they're performance.. kind of a 60's garage rock feel to them, which is always a good thing.
i also appreciated when they came out in full Yeti costumes for the encore segment.
anything Bigfoot / Sasquatch- related is a good thing in my book.

I'm a big fan of them. I'm still trying to get into the last two albums, though. I wish they'd trim the production back a bit. Radiator and Mwng are fantastic albums. They've got about a jillion great singles, too.

true true... the last album i was really impressed with.. i guess you just have to be in the right mood... I was sitting outside during a break at work and i had just bought it.. so i popped it in and when that first song started... a huge smile happened across my face... and the rest just fell into place..
i usually takes a while for albums to grow on me now days.. ive become quite a music snob.. well its just that there is so much crap out there disguised as goodness...you gotta be careful
