Brendan of Fugazi is pretty bell-core. In fact it's a permenant piece on the Fugazi drum kit. I think the bell is an under-rated drum kit piece.

what about wilco (Glen Kotche)? that guy is playing a beat, hitting midi triggers, and playing a bell set at the same time.

I'm pretty sure that Stan is playing harmonica on Coastline. Also, Scott is credited w/playing the bells in the liner notes.
