...that I take the top sticker (with the artist and album title) from a CD case and stick it on the side of my desk when I buy a new CD? It seems like a routine to me now, but I can't be that strange compared to other people, anyone else do that or something equally or more strange when buying CDs? :P
--- Okay, so until next time, who put the 'ween' in Halloween? I don't know, probably you, you freakin' weirdo. |

I don't know if it's weird, but before I even crack the wrapper on a new cd I sit down at my PC and catalog the Artist, Album, Track Listing, and Record Label.

That is kind of odd.
I have a mirror that I generally stick the top sticker on cd's on, when I open them at home, but generally they get opened in the car so I can listen to them on the way home. Then the sticker just gets thrown on tha flo until I decide to clean the car. |

I used to stick em up around the radio in my old car. Then I just started sticking the sticky part to the back of the lab with the text to make one long, solid piece with the text (get it?) and i would just pile em up...then I threw em out when I moved.

Remember when CDs didn't have those stickers on the top, but those little shiny hologram tabs that you had to break off? Those got phased out pretty quickly. I think I may have bought a CD 4 or 5 years ago that had one on it, but I can't be sure. I know I haven't seen them in a long time. |

I stick on the dash of my car. I had quite a collection built up until the ex saw it and said it looked trashy and stuck them all to the air freshener. She also performed "brain surgery" on my little Poochie car pet.

I like to stick the stickers on the back of the bus seat in front so people know that the person sat there before them was cooler than them.

I think it's strange that you have to share it with everyone. |

I know a guy who would put them on his drumkit. I hope your desk is not some beautiful expensive wooden piece of furniture, Ben, because I can't get stickers to come off wood and I've ruined some really nice cupboards in my attempts. |

I miss the old cardboard longboxes that cds use to come in. The ones that sometimes had the album art were the best(the generic ones were terribly boring). |

I struggle with them and I curse them. Loudly. Anywhere is a better place for them than on my goddamned cd taking up my time and sticking to my fingers like evil adhesive plastic hell. |

I've always wanted the stickers. Can I download them for free as well?

I try to make a ball out of the plastic and use the sticker to hold it together, and then throw it away. Everything's a project. |

Yeah, I know...and I proudly still do it. I promise not to start a thread debate on taking money from major record labels. Their "acts" make their money on touring anyway.

I just leave mine on the CD case. All I do is slice it where the two sides of the case meet so I can open it. Now, my wife has been a very bad girl at times when she has removed them. I have this Nirvana Dimension 7 import that had a couple of other things attached to the case (Japanese and their creativity) and she ripped them off. Why, Crystal? Why!? Oh well...

Why don't you all take the stickers and find something constructive to do with them....in your ass. |

I'm just kidding, I just can't fathom the amount of inane posts.
Like I woke up in an alternative forum area where the usually good posts have all been taken over by people who posts shit about tuna??
What happened to all the intelligent FB fans and normal posts? |

i used to stick the stickers on my younger brother, so it would say he was like £10.99, then i'd laugh at him loads and he wouldn't have a clue. hehehe, it was funnier back then, maybe you had to be there... and drunk...
