A couple of days ago I picked up a chipped Japanese PS2 for about 100 pounds with 5 games (brand new), games cost less than a dollar, dvd's are less than a dollar, beer is 50 cents (amnd cheaper). I then went out with some friends had a huge Chinese meal (consisting of about 8-9 different dishes), and we ordered 10 wine sized bottles of beer.... when we got the bill it worked out to be a dollar each.... unbelievable.
The only possible nag I have about living here is the fact that I cannot download the new FB album.
How can you people stand slaving away in the western world??

I have 2 weeks of paid vacation saved up and if you let let me crash at yr pad for awhile, I'll bring my 13 songs of Show Me Your Tears with me. I'll even bring some of my scarce Frank Black bootlegs found nowhere other than possibly Big Galoof's collection. Whadya say? We can sit around and read the I Ching and the Tibetan book of the dead all day long!!! Seriously, though I want to go to China.

O.K.... the only problem with you crashing with me is that I live in a one bedroom apartment with my girlfriend (and I have very bad wind when I sleep). But I could find you very cheap accomodation, which would be no problem. If you are serious then send me an email, I'd be happy to meet up with any FB forum members who happen to visit the Jing.
