I guess it'd be Scary Monsters, then Aladdin Sane, then Hunky Dory. I still don't have Low though.
Not sure if I'm gonna see him in October, cause the tickets are at a ridiculously high price and it's in a 20000-people shitty venue. I might go anyway, I'll see.

he is playing the point depot in dublin (very strange choice) - and tickets were sixty euros. but its worth it - just!! do like scary monsters as well - teenage wildlife is super stuff. nice one Denis.

Don't listen to much bowie.......but The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars has great tunes such as "Five Years" and "Suffragette City."

By the way, does anyone like David Live? I dislike the album and I know it got pretty bad reviews.

I've been a huge fan of Scary Monsters, but also like Diamond Dogs, Ziggy, and I do say I love all the hits...

I said in a different thread Space Oddity which is kind of obscure, I like it but I'll have to go with good old hunky dory. Space Oddity is too much like Bowie's pre ziggy folky stuff which is not quite as rockin.

I think 'Scary Monsters' is probably my favourite with 'Low' and 'Heroes' and 'Lodger' coming in closely behind (I think that 'It's No Game Part 1' is FANTASTIC!!!!)

I thought both Earthling and Heathen were really good albums...though 'Hours' was fairly weak.

I've just seen the front cover of his forthcoming album 'Reality'...oh dear, I'm not impressed.

I saw him in Glasgow for the Earthling tour - the guy rocked!

Icecream, David Live is fantastic!! It takes awhile to get used to, but it was one of my favourites for years...Obviously it won't appeal so much if you're not a fan of Diamond Dogs.

and speaking of bowie - just back from france and saw that brilliant vittel commercial with bowie in it. its amazing!

i think its great the way bowie wrote later songs by cutting up paper with words to re-use 'major tom' on ashes to ashes.

anyone going to see the great man in november/december? i am and i cant wait!

as for the cutting of paper - its scary monsters (lyrics to space oddity were re-used to write scary monsters). cheers
