Dumb and Dumber is one of my faves, I watched while I was in labour and I still laughed.
Return of the Living Dead is one of the most classic dumb movies ever. Oh and what was the name of the 2nd Evil Dead, that was also quite classic.
So was Weird Science.

Yes you do -- because true to form, they also lampoon the whole DVD concept, in that dry subtle way of theirs. Get it now. You wn't be sorry.
OK, I like all the dubm movies, and I like lots of really dumb ones. Beavis and Butthead Do America is really dumb and really great for those days when I just need to empty my brain.
Any of Arnold's early work also gets the job done. Especially that Conan one with Grace Jones. And who could forget "Hercules in New York" co-starring the recently late Arnold Stang? |

| Van Wilder and Old School are pretty terrific bad movies. Classic bad movies in the Chevy Chase sort of way. I mean, they may not be caviar for the brain, but I certainly laughed. |

speaking of Chevy Chase, the "Fletch" movies were pretty dumb but also downright hilarious at some parts.
And, darwin, The Jerk...definitely. Good call. |

I love the jerk. And it too is loaded with so many classic one liners. "He hates these cans!"
And The MAn with Two Brains is one of the funniest, dumbest movies ever. The part where Steve Marting finally finds the murderer and it turns out to be Merv Griffin (in a cameo as himself) and Griffin deadpans his confession: "Yes, you're right. I've always loved to kill, but it's just getting so much harder to get away with..." always gets me.
And "My Blue HEaven" is a winner in that respect, too. |
