I regret (not so much embarrased) buying the Strokes "Is this it". Gosh what a waste of money. I've only listened to it twice, maybe thrice. I want my 13 dollars back!

Derek, I bought it too. Ugh... well, you could try selling it on half(dot)com. Great place to unload all those unwanted albums/books/etc.
I have the copy with the "banned" cover. Like a hand on an ass is such a bad thing, I mean, come on! There are much worse covers out there!!

Take another listen guys, it's really not that bad. Once you get over the hype crap the songs are actually fun to listen too. Hell what do I know. New York City Cops, we ain't to smart.

the Strokes don't have all terrible songs, in fact there are a few cool songs. It's just as a whole album, that thing is repetitive and crappy. By song 8 or 9 I'm just thinking "are they not allowed to change tempos or kick in distortion?" It's too weak and same-like.
