Hi

So... the C/D change in 21 reasons (C/D I don't care for the season..)

I cant make it sound quite right. Is it a barre slide from 3rd fret to 5th fret? A crazy quick switch from open C to open D ? Am I even close?

Yes you are. I use barre chords, so something along these lines:


e--------------
b--5--/-7------
g--5--/-7---3--
d--5--/-7---4--
a--3--/-5---4--
e-----------2--
   C    D   F#  (I don't care for the season...)
