| From what I heard, this tour is to hit all the cities/areas that they didn't get on the last tour. That's why there's no New York date. |

I'm with Malax! If the next European tour is just another bunch of festivals, I burn all my Frank Black CDs and become a Placebo fan. Thay suck but at least they come over here often.

a) frank finances much of his tour himself
b) its not cheap to travel/ship all his equipment over to europe
c) to all those bitching about no new york shows, he hit there TWICE last tour - i came from pittsburgh to see him in Brooklyn and the show wasn't even sold out - so either you guys DID get to see him n new york or you were too lazy TWICE to go out and see the show - frank hasn't played pittsburgh since before the DITS tour

I don't think anyone is pissed or anything - we just want to see him AGAIN. We are greedy bastards and we love him, okay?? Sheesh.
Like I said I'm VERY HAPPY for everyone who gets to see him this time around. Just sad for my little self. |

| I accept that its not cheap, thats why I said in the last post maybe Im being a little harsh. Its easy for you to be critical because he tours near every one of you atleast once a year. Don't say he doesn't because if Frank only played 2 or 3 gigs in England Id make sure I went to atleast one no matter how far it was. I find it amusing that people moan because he hasn't come to your city or whatever for a year, so what!? If you wanted to see him so bad you'd make a little effort and go that little bit further. |

And I AM going that little further...again just sayin and trying to defend those who are upset, for whatever reason. If I could I would subsidize Frank's tour of every place where people wanted to see him, but obviously none of us are in the position to do that.

Hey, this is the first tour that he's been on since i've gotten into him and I'm 20 so I couldn't go to one of the NY shows, so i'm gonna bitch all i want to see the band again. |

the warsaw show was all ages - i was there
sorry to come off as bitchy to people, i'm glad all the people that couldn't catch frank for the last few years gets to see him this tour. i'm a lucky asshole for seeing him twice in the last year

| No St. Louis? God, that sucks! Can't say that I blame him though. Not very many good venues and the last two times he's came through, the club's sound system was horrible. He seemed frustrated on stage because of it. Oh well... One good St. Louis recommendation for you Frank: Mississippi Nights. Perfect size for your audience, dual bars and above average sound. Hmmm...How far is it to Chicago? |

thanks frank for answering my prayers!! looking forward to seeing you in winnipeg. as winnipegwantsfrank was saying, not too many bands coming through the peg lately. back in 99 we had in stink- pretty good show. (last fall i saw james brown and when he was singing popcorn, i was dreaming that you'd appear on stage.)
for those americans that are down cause franks not stopping by, feel free to trek up to the peg. with the exchange rate, beers are only 10 cents and a hotel room is $5. |

i was there for vacation in the summer. its pretty crazy, the traffic and all. i dont know if id live there, maybe in somewhere in the outskirts, the chance to see frank more would be a serious motivator though, but since i live on the east coast now, that would be a big move hah.

alright alright.. i guess i deserve that. having gone to so many shows last year.. but what can i say? i was unemploed for most of the year.. what else is there to do? there were like 6 shows in LA alone. (nevermind the surrounding areas).. on a given night, if Frank is playing in your area, are you going to NOT see him play?
i usually only see Frank when he comes around once or twice a year. but it just became kind of a thing last year, and he played so many shows..
anyway, yeah.. i'm a freak.
i'm working on my "GUIDE TO STALKING FRANK", which i'll post some tips from.. otherwise, look for it on Amazon..

With Frank appearing to be racist agaist us Europeans, I'm thinking of becoming a crack dealer inorder to finance a trip to one of Franks shows in the U.S. Anyone want some high quality crack?? Wow an Alabama tour date. Do my eyes deceiving me? Oh and look, Nashville,Tn.
I live 2 ½ hours from both shows. Deciding between which to go to would be rather difficult....I think I’ll just go to both! It was only a few months ago when I saw him in Athens,Ga. This is sensory overload.
