Are you guys going to either the Amherst or Lowell shows? MY wife and I are going to both and could drive someone if they wanted to go but had no wheels. Let me know...

But now the posts say big announcement Monday. There are also posts which say that the staff at The Roxy were told this week that the Pixies were coming.
So, there is hope. |

yeah that psot w/ Roxy info was me.
that was info i had from weds.(2 days ago)

i will look into this.
i have to say that i always felt that there would be problems.
it would not be Boston if there were no problems.

I wonder if Boston is just too controlled by Clear Channel for them to find a decent venue.
Oh well, I'll just have to drive and hour or so to see them.

Just buy tickets to Umass or Lowell. I am dissapointed in no Boston shows as much as the next guy, but I just broke down and bought two tickets to UMass. Still will be a damn good time.

(on the ticketmaster page, it says "this event presented by clear channel")
