On Sunday May 24 1964, Jim Templeton, a well-known and respected photographer, took this picture of his five-year-old daughter Elizabeth on Burgh Marsh, Cumbria. After it was developed, it was noticed that a 'spaceman' had mysteriously appeared in the picture.
Experts from both Kodak and the police confirmed that the picture was genuine and had not been tampered with. The mystery deepened when it was found that the test launch at Woomera, Australia of the Blue Streak rocket, built in Cumbria at nearby Spadeadam, had been aborted on the following day due to a mysterious 'spaceman-like' figure being seen on the firing range.
To this day, no explanation for these strange events has been found, so keep your cameras ready.

I think the thing in the picture is a person in a suit. I think there are other inteligent lifeforms in the universe but the chances they would look so similar to a human is low. |

Btw, I find the spaceman kinda looks like an inflatable doll :)
However it doesn't explain why a similar guy was seen in Australia the day after :( |

O.K I have an explanation.
The guy photographed is really a spaceman from NASA or something like that.
He was training in an area walking around in a natural reservation park, to prepare a moonlanding or something. Then suddenly this photographer showed up with his kid and makes pictures out there.
Because the guy don`t want to bothered and is afraid to scare them he just runs away and avoid to be on the picture, because people could think he is an alien or something.
Then a few hours later he took an airplane to Australia, because he had an appointment there to train with rockets eingeneers or something. He arrived actually just too late for the rocket launch and all the preparational work. He is afraid he will lose his job. He then put on his space suit again and walks on the rocket-launch area, so that they will cancel the rocket-launch.
The next day his boss tells him: well you are lucky, you can still do your work, because the launch is cancelled, due to some strange spaceman.
