i've been working till 1am the last two nights in a row (no joke).. and yesterday all i ate the whole day was 5 oatmeal-raison cookies, a tigermilk bar, and many many jellybeans.
i hope i can make it to the weekend without ending up in the hospital

So how much did you sleep? I once did a research paper on sleep deprivation. Working this hard is no good for you at all.

I always have one of those Ensure drinks with extra calories.
And make sure you drink enough water.

i just ate a greasy breakfast burrito and now i'm feeling much better.

yes. which i feel bad about sometimes, since they're endangered. but it tastes good.

I´m not convinced exactly how much sleep we need, maybe it´s just a bad habit. I experimented with doing two hours a night for a month in May with no illeffects to speak of.

| If you can't get any sleep, at least get off the sugar. I had recently found myself eating more and more of the stuff. I was never one of those kids that even liked it. Somehow I saw my adult friends subsisting on junk food and I found that intrigueing. (sp?) That they would eat lots of sugar and seem alright. But I always read about how bad it is for you....I gave it up mostly a few days ago and you know what? I feel so much better. I had been so sleepy all the time. My energy has improved greatly. |
