Can someone tell me why my font size for this website has reduced by at least 50%? I have no idea how this has happened but it has not effected any other sites that I have visited. It makes parts of it unreadable.
Please help, my eyes are hurting me.

have you changed the text size in the view option at the top of your screen? try that

Internet Explorer:
Tools--->Internet options--->Advanced tab--->click [restore defaults]--->apply--->ok.
Restart the browser.
If that doesn't work, reboot the computer.

But tre is right too..perhaps more right:
View ---> text size--->medium.
Might do it...especially if you're running higher than 1024x768 screen res. Setting to smallest at a high screen res would make for itty bitty woids...

If its internet explorer, you should see
"File Edit View Favorites Tools Help"
Just below the colored bar at the very top.

If that doesn't work hit alt-v on your keyboard to show the view menu.
The other possibility as that you've picked up some stupid piece of spyware that has somehow hijacked your browser and removed all of your toolbars and options from the top of the screen...in which case you issue is beyond the scope of this desk.
I'll be handing that off to one of our second tier teams. You should be hearing from someone shortly.

Ever seen the "Your Company's Computer Guy" skit on SNL?
I know people like that. There's always some fat, pimply kid that gets hired off the street that can't stop talking about how amazing his nuclear-powered 90-gazillion gighertz machine is...or the Everquest and Magic people...they're even worse. I mean, I know i may be alientating a few people, but the helpdesk environment is so full of misfits. Not me of course, I'm not a misfit - nosirree. It's everyone else - THEY're all wierd.
Seriously tho, gamers freak me out.

HPM, maybe your fonts didn't get smaller, but your eyes got bigger? Strange physiological changes have been known to occur as a result of exposure to drunken peeing girls behind vendor booths at live music festivals. ;) |

I could not stay mad at someone that did that. If it had beer in it it would be even better. If the beer was dark we'd be on the floor right there.
