I just want to thank the majority of you for having a higher IQ.
After reading weight lifting forums, like Flexonline and MuscleandFitness, I become more of an idiot after reading the simple English and misspelled words.
forum.frankblack.net is refreshing.
I would like to think Frank Black's music attracts the greatest of minds, but I've changed my mind after reading some of ya'll posts.

Honestly, I found his post hard to follow. Does that mean my intelligence is low, or vigorstrength is a bad writer?
