Pudmeister mentioned he picked up a DVD of the show the day after. Probably the same source. So Pudmeister if you read this thread, is the DVD any good?

Yeah, I wondered if this was the same recording (see Forum gig topic)? I'm also very tempted BUT I've spent too much money travelling down from Newcastle to see the Pixies this year and I'm up at Edinburgh to see the Hives this sunday. If anyone gets a copy and want to trade (for Brixton 5th June DVD or anything else? Hives ticket? I have 1 spare) PLEASE let me know).

Good clear picture but a bit dark,good sound too bass is a bit low cos filmed from joeys side his guitar sounds the best ive ever heard on a bootleg, but he mainly films frank which is a bit annoying, no sight of kim during in heaven and most of her parts. 80% of the time kim is watching dave drum with her back turned.
Brought back some cool memories of the show like when dave didnt get the band introduction thing before planet.
All in all well worth buying it, where the fuck else you gonna get that dvd??? I would trade it but dont have any burners, computer knowledge etc.

pudmeister's description sounded good enough to go for it.
I think it will show up for quite a while now. The seller will always produce some more as long as demand seems to be high enough.
So maybe gone today, but back tomorrow.

Even if the filming is a bit dodgy the sound is all you really need, and as pudmeister said it's pretty good. |

Rita, I've got 4 things from e-bay from an imac to Pixies tickets (GRRRR!!!) and there's no problem.
You can check out the person you deal with and see what others say about them........the don't ever want negative feedback!!!!

Being selfish here, I'm glad you aint got your DVD's yet 
I received my cheque back through the post on Thursday!!!!
I bl00dy addressed it wrong didn't I.........N3 instead of N1..........the post office didn't do the best job of sussing out the PO Box.........but at least I had my return address on it!!
So it went straight back into the post, and I'm waiting all over again..........I contacted the guy about my delay and he said he'd let me know when he gets my cheque!
I was looking forward tp a weekend of live Pixies............Hmmmmmmm Channel 4 are showing V highlights somehow I don't think I'll waste my time again.
Keep us up to date on the DVD arrivals.
