Oh Kathryn, I meant to reply to your e-mail, very rude of me to take so long. By the way the weathers gone shitty but it's only what you'd expect living in Ireland.

I would look incredibly silly in my bed as my co-workers attempted to work around me. Not everyone lives on shamrock time you know! Feck!

Ha ha, everybodies in bed except for your beautiful self Bredan. I thought their was a sort of rotation going on with one set of forum members going to bed and another getting up. It's the first time in a long time that I've seen know one post here in over an hour until yourself.

Oh well. Sorry to disappoint you in the fact that is only me. To be honest, I am killing time and seem incredibly bored. I see that it has rained for a couple of weeks straight over the Emerald Isle. Whereabouts are you? I am from outside of Bray in County wicklow but find myself living here in Canada quite contently nowadays. I couldn't afford to live there anymore. Although things are getting quite expensive here at the moment as well.

I'm in Dublin, so not that far from Bray. Ya, it was nice last week, until all the angry clouds started moving in, and now it's windy and damp, none of that sunshine shit we were just about putting up with before .

Have you ever seen a big spider on a web that when you get close they start making the whole web swing back and forth in a violent fashion? One in my neighbors yard. Gives me the goddamned creeps. |

Fuck no! I'm not going near that thing. I swear it's got black finger nails on the tips of it's legs. It looks like it'd probably hiss at you too if you got to close. |

Ambien usually does the trick, but sometimes it doesn't. The thing that sucks is you have to get 8 hrs of rest, so if you want to sleep shorter it doesn't work. |

I sometimes think I might need sleeping tabs.
Then again, I'm sure having normal daily routine might help!!

Ambien used to work. Now nothing works. And then it goes away after a few months. And then it comes back, like, 8 months later.

:) I think it depends. My best friend would rather get 2 hrs of sleep a day for weeks but i would rather take sleeping pills so i can get some decent sleep every nite. i've been on other sleeping pills that can be addictive and the good thing about ambien is that it's supposed to be non addictive. it's worth trying out but you really only rarely rember your dreams with it which is weird. but i guess with other sleeping pills, you really don't remember your dreams much either. |
