Ya know... there need to be more loser insomniacs on this board. I come here late at night, expecting to interact with all the other geeks who don't have priorities in the morning and who just want to bullshit around with other geeks, and there's just not enough of it. That's what these forums are all about. Those are the types of people who are supposed to make these forums prosper. But instead we have all these people with normal schedules who post during the *day* when it's *light out*, and then they go to *bed* before *midnight* because they have to *wake up for work*!
So who the hell else is here right now?

I am. I'm usually always up. It's just that no other loser insomniacs post. It sucks.

YAY! Human interaction. Even in such a distant format, it's nice to feel like other people are alive.

Well, after you asked if I was listening to anything, I put back on the record I was listening to earlier, the Beatles White Album. The song on right now is "Yer Blues." I skipped over "Birthday." I don't care for that song very much. I used to think the lyrics to it were, "You say it your birthday! There's nothing to do, yeah!" I liked the song better then.

I may be up late, and I may be checking in with my F.B.net friends, but I'm certainly no a "geek." In fact, I really take offense that you would assume that a thirty seven year old single man, that spends all hours of the day chatting with people he doesn't even know as though they're his closest friends, a "geek." I may enjoy Frank Blacks music, and because of that pleasure I found this chat room, but I can assure you my friend, I am no geek! Sorry, I must be going now. I just got the Battlestar Galactica box set in the mail today, and I'm having my own personal B.G. marathon. Huh? Huh? who's the loser now? http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00018LTDI/qid=1090394375/br=1-1/ref=br_lf_d_1//002-9158619-6704852?v=glance&s=dvd&n=173584

My sleeping schedule is fairly irregular, since I only work part-time and all that. I'm sometimes around late at night, and other times I'm not. I guess I usually read and post to the forum in the daytime (my daytime), though.
The Beatles' "Birthday" isn't a favorite of mine, either. Perhaps a bit odd, since my favorite They Might Be Giants and Cracker songs both have "birthday" in the title.

How's this for sad. I'm all set for a nice long Saturday morning lie-in, so what do I do? Wake up at 8:30 and immediately come on here. I need to find something to do before CD:UK...

He stays up all night thinking them up,it's not really insomnia!! Next time you can't get to sleep just think of that peter andre song "insania" and replace the word insania with insomnia.Hilarity ensues. Anyway,i've found that a pretty fun thing to do if you can't sleep is go for a walk,I'm usually out and about round the 1 o clock 2 mark. It's all silent and stuff, and if theres any kids about you can scare them.Fun.

Is that kids that live in a bottle, or those who will happily jam a broken bottle into your face? Or is it some weird Canadian thing that outsiders don't get?
