Hello
I could use some help from you guys.
A band i'm affiliated with, Bona Roba (http://www.bonaroba.net) is involved in a "Battle of the Bands" contest here in NY. There is a voting thing going on to see who gets the wild card slot, and gets to play a show with other bands at Irving Plaza (a fairly big venue here in the city)
Well they are accepting one vote per day per computer, and it would be a HUGE help if you guys could find a minute of time to give a vote (or more if your willing, but not in the same day)
Well the site to vote is http://apps.bolt.com/sponsorships/rockingarage/index.php
and again the bands name is "bona roba"
Any help with this would be extremely appreciated!!

In the interests of truth and justice, I had to audition the mp3 before I could hand in my vote. Good song, great sound! Not groundbreaking, but played well and with attitude. Rock on!!!

i tried to vote but there's something wrong with the page and it doesn't display any "vote" buttons. i'll try later. btw fun song.

I am brutally honest, as a couple of people on this forum I'm sure would attest, so if you want to read on, just sayin', just so's ya know, it's only my piddly old opinion:
I'm tappin my feet and shakin' my head. Very nice song.
Maybe a bit too close to some of the other bands out there right now, which is unfortunate, because they sound really great. Might be the singing style could be more original (less like the Hives, et al). Fun stuff, and played very well and with a crapload of steam engine energy. Good luck, and I'm voting for 'em.

*** UPDATE ***
Thanks to all those who helped. Bona Roba ended up winning the Wild Card slot for the battle of the bands finals, just got word today.
To anyone in the NYC area this weekend, feel free to come down and watch them compete this...
