Isn't the title, "The Man Who was Too Loud" given to Jonathan Richman by his fans. I don't know that it came from the fans (Peter Radiator seems to know alot about this). The point I'm trying to get to is that Frank Black isn't the primary person associated with that phrase (it's not his Frank Black's handiwork).
