we´ve got Pixies fans all over the world mates! just listened to a Belle&Sebastian cover of the Pixies song "gigantic"....and at the end of the song one guy yell out "debaser!!" then the other guy goes: "u-mass!!!"...and the whole audience starts laughing....really cool bootleg-song!

This is just wrong.

A lobotomy of a band like that covering the Pixies? They should have more respect.

I'd more expect them to cover Lawrence Welk than the Pixies.

The girl singer forgets the lyrics and jokes about having to 'make some up'. Kinda daft. No respect. The only person allowed to get the words wrong is Kim!

B&S is a great band. There are tons of bands that are more "BS" than them.

The singer is actually somebody they took from the crowd. She is not a member of the band.

Not that you'd wish to stereotype anyone.....

I like B&S, and I couldn't give a monkey's how uncool that may (or may not) be. They're very good (and great fun) live. Don't let the fluffy kitten introverted studenty image fool you.
