Anyone seen this? Watched it last night whilst flicking through the TV channels (a rare event for me).

Can't stand reality tv usually but I thoroughly enjoyed this one. I thought one of the celeb chefs (the camp guy out of Thin Blue Line) was going to have an aneurism at one stage.

it seems bollocks to me.
but CSI was on, so it had no chance last night.

i just think Gordon Ramsey is an idiot, and he just uses the show as an excuse to be nasty and to swear as much as possible.
seems all about his ego.

i like Gordon Ramsey. Hells kitchen is ok, but how do they expect to have (d list) celebs make gormet food with 2 weeks training whereas students have 3 years? I prefered Gordons Kitchen Nightmares. It was great as you could see Gordon giving great advice and going nuts at people who didnt care/listen/etc. and the critisms were constructive too. He's being a bit more of a parody of himself in Hells kitchen.

His ego is monumentally huge, I would agree on that. He knows his stuff though but doesn't suffer fools gladly. His programmes must be the most expletive ridden on tv.

i think it's alright, i liked ramsey's kitchen nightmares, where he went to restaurants in trouble and sorted them out. i haven't seen much of hells kitchen yet, but from what i've seen it's quite amusing... certainly harder on the celebs than most of the reality shows...

Let's have it right people. Big Brother started this whole 'reality T.V' craze and there still hasn't been another one to touch it.

Starts again on Friday. Unfortunately I will be at a gig.

big brother is awful, i hate it. never watch it, full of fuckturds (haha) who i couldn't care less about, being manipulated for entertainment, and it's not even that entertaining... what's the point of what they're doing? at least in hells kitchen they're doing something productive!

I agree with my Angolan friend.

I think Hells Kitchen represents true reality TV. The celebs are under so much genuine pressure that they have no time or desire to play up to the camera. It's a proper fly on the wall programme. Big Brother pales in comparison. The few times I've watched bits of it I've been thoroughly bored and unable to empathise with any of the 'characters'. All of them are looking for their 15 mins of fame and have a misguided hope that by merely appearing in front of a camera lens this will somehow get them a ticket onto the fame train.

i think the original big brother WAS good tv.
it was the aussie one and the people did not know what to expect so they didn't act as tho it were one big audition.
every one since then has been bollocks, with the british ones, from the looks of it, being the worst of the lot.

I saw Gordon Ramsey on Room 101 a while back. I realised then that he is a complete big headed stupid egotistical nob.

However this show is alright the celebs are alright. Abi Titmuss is great and sos the Jennifer Ellison (until she opens her mouth)

No, to be fair, I don't watch T.V at all really (as I have mentioned many times before). I do sometimes catch programs when I am at other people's houses etc and Big Brother did seem to be the best of a bad bunch. I dunno why really.
