Just wanted to engage in a little shameless self-promotion...
My band, Psychic Twin, is playing a show tomorrow night (5/26) in Georgetown (DC) at the Grog & Tankard on Wisconsin Ave. We go on at 11pm and I think the cover is $6 (w/ two more bands), 21+
We have another show coming up the following Friday (6/4) at the Laughing Lizard Lounge in Old Town Alexandria. Two more bands are playing, both include friends of mine, and its going to be an awesome show indeed. We're playing with a band called The Chance (http://www.thechancemusic.com) and Pattern Against User (http://www.patternagainstuser.com)...cover is $5, 21+
If you want to check out my band and a couple of mp3s, the website link is in my profile. Our sound can best be described as dynamic rock, with early 90's rock & indie influences.
I'd be delighted to know if one of you FB.net folks actually showed up to one of these shows, so please let me know if you do and I'll buy you a drink!
