ham, but good quality only. I hate it when it looks like a square wet soft piece of pink plastic.

Cabinessence or Surf's Up?

Ham. It tastes better, and doesn't clog up my inbox.

Chicken or turkey?

Chicken, except at Christmas. It's just... better.

Could you/would you ever kill a chicken or something?

If I absolutely had to, yes. Though I imagine it would be highly unpleasant.

What is your favorite kind of cereal?

In the long run, I think so. I like getting stuff, but at the same time its kind of embarassing. Somehow you feel that giving is an entirely more wholesome thrill.

What's for dinner today?

Indian by a mile. It's sad, I don't get to eat Indian food nowadays nearly as much as I used to, or as much as I'd like. I must teach my kids to like spicy food :)

Poori(sp?), Chapati, Naan or Poppadom?

Ach! A good word.
I have to say the classic tomato pakora.

Favourite Indian restaurant? So its not a completely redundant question, explain why you like it.

I think it's called the nice and spicy in worcester, very reasonably prices, a good meaty keema naan, a dark red tikka masala which is creamy and spicy and decorated in almonds, you bring your own drinks and the waiters and managers are such a laugh, you take the piss they throw it back at you quick as you like. I've been sold as a bride to the managers son I don't know how many times for a lifetime supply of chickpeas (he's a shit my dad) the manager keeps coming over and prodding me and asking how my sari pleating is (the manager is a shit too) I don't like stiff formal indian restraunts, I went to a horrid one in sheffield t'other week, the Korma was chickn in custard served in a plastic bowl and the waiters were grumpy.

Do you spoon your meal from the balti dish onto the plate or straight from the dish?

no, I'm living with a vegetarian I have been to a few good one's where it doesn't really matter that there's not a jot of the meat in there, most menu's in ordinary restraunt have very limited scope for vegetarianism so a whole veggie menu is good...

(although saying that I'm meeting someone for lunch in an hour and I plan on eating something cooked and dead)

((on a plate!!! amateur))

Tofu or TVP?

Ah, TVP, I forgot what that was called. I'd try and remember and the closest I'd get was PCP. So close, but so far.
I prefer tofu though, I guess.

** insert lame joke about typo in De Niro's name here **

Al Pacino. De Niro has done a lot of crap in the last 10 years; on Pacino's side I can only think of Devil's Advocate.

Scorsese or De Palma? (beware!)

(Gangs Of NY, Bringing Out The Dead and Casino were all great. Haven't seen Kundun and I'm not planning to. Anyway, you were wrong, the right answer was De Palma.)

Taxi Driver.

Can you imagine I've never seen The Godfather II and III?

No, I can't imagine. ;)

No big deal if you've missed The Godfather III... but the 2nd is better than the 1st, and it would have probably influenced your choice between De Niro and Pacino.

In my opinion.

Taxi Driver or Raging Bull, then?

Uh... Casino.

Do you go to watch every movie your favorite actor/actress plays in, even if you know the movie sucks? And by the way, who is he/she?

No, what counts is the movie, I'm much more interested in director's than in actors. And I will never go to see a movie just because of the actors. My favourite actors are: Clint Eastwood, Kitano, James Woods, John Cassavetes, Cary Gant, Michel Piccoli... for the girls I would say Gena Rowlands or Uma Thurman.

Favourite director?

If you were to write a film would you want to direct it yourself or take the money and hand it over?

I'd wanna direct it myself...so if it sucks I can't blame anyone else.

Have you ever attempted to write a film/book?

And what the hell have I learned?

Not that I know of. But maybe the Men in Black just wiped my memory.

Would you rather hang around with Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster?
