Anything I can get my hands on after a few weeks but,

Piano
Guitar
Flute
Drums
Bass
Saxaphone
Clarinet
Tamborine
Harmonica

I've never played a Pedal Steel Guitar, have you?

No, but I think it would be cool. I'm going to concentrate on learning the regular guitar first, though.

How many countries have you visited? (Oh, and name them. Don't just give me a number.)

I have visited:
Italy, Mexico, Canada, Israel, several islands including Jamaica and Turks and Caicos, and France. Not bad I guess, for only 15 years.

Who to read tonight, Tom Robbins or Salinger?

Not nearly enough.
Canada, Scotland, Brussels (doesn't count, only the international airport and tarmac, but their airline served the best coffee I have ever had, so I had to add it), England, Bahamas and Cayman Islands, which I guess don't really count, being dependant and all. I want to travel/live in other countries SO badly. It drives me nuts.

I'll ask the same question, as I'm sure there are tons of more worldly members here. I wish other countries were only a few hundred miles away, like in Europe, etc.

(edit: well, nevermind! Too slow on the draw, and here I thought this place was deserted tonight.

Sir Rockabye, how in the world have you managed to have gone to all those places by such a young age? I have to say I am extremely jealous. ...but I'll let it slide...for now.)

Tom Robbins. I haven't read either of them, but for some reason I'm more kindly disposed toward Robbins.

And I'm totally lame in terms of visiting countries. I've only been outside of the States to go to Canada, and that was eighteen years ago.

What's your favorite holy book?

probably about 2 hours...If that... and I don't really watch T.V. just old Simpson's re-runs. That's really all I watch. The rest of the time I just blare my music and let my mind wander.

most romantic day was when I was at uni, I'd gone to visit my then boyfriend at his house it was a hot day and I was studying in the garden while he was doing some gardening (well I say studying I was perving, he was doing hot manly work) in the afternoon it started to cool, I quit the study and gave a hand, we gave in around 3pm and sat in the garden, we had some dark chocolate ginger things and some bottles of champagne left over from his 30th dinner party thing so we got drunk and munched on chocolate and sat in the garden listening to music, as the sun went down we got up and danced around a bit untill we were too drunk and giggly to move and we just sat there arm in arm as it went dark talking and telling each other how glad we were that we'd shared that day.

Then he broke my HEART so romance is a LIE and love is STUPID

How cute is Jet Li though?

I'll let the femality answer the Jet Li Q.

Fender, BTW.

coldheart:
New year's eve 1996. A girl that I had had an infatuation with (big ol' song-writin-type crush actually) in the early nineties ended up living next door to me in 96. She joined me on a new years eve gig. We got back to to my place and I'm fumbling over myself for what to say.
"I want to make love to you" she says.
Not much gray area there. Its was a great night.
Next morning, we're laying there...the clouds clear off and bright sunlight starts to come in through the window. It would fade and then come back...clouds...
I get inspired and find my 'Girlfriend' tape (Matthew Sweet) and pop it in - wanting to hear 'Divine Intervention'.
I hit play and hopped back under the warm covers, what played a few seconds later (i mean immediately) was the part at the end where he says "here comes the sunshine...here it comes" ...and exactly at the moment of the part that is done through the bullhorn "Here it comes!", the brightest sunray came in. She had this huge grin - like I'd just hung the moon.

Then she went back to her boyfriend.
Took a couple weeks, but she did.
I did learn she was actually a bit of a redneck girl on the inside...that I was infatuated back then and was being shallow...so - I got what I wanted.

Is it time to talk to Frank yet?

2 is my fave number.

One about animals: I've thrown a thousand little snails to my chickens. They are eating them desperately without breaking their shells. Do you think they'll have a painful stomachache this evening?
