Vic Chesnutt - Buddha In A Raincoat: A Compilation - Volume 2, Disc 1 - "Giupetto" by Mary Karlzen.
This is from a series of bootleg compilations (B-sides, live and unreleased tracks, covers, collaborations...) made by a fan, who distributes them to other fans who, in turn, agree to give out a number of copies... I believe you call it a "vine". Anyway, these comps are consistently excellent.
Just as there are genius musicians (and I count Vic among them), I now believe there are genius fans - this is one. And his name is Charles!
