What should my 1000th post be, and where should I post it?
I want it to be memorable. I was going to make a separate topic for this, but that's against the rules, so I'm posing the question here.

Unfortunately, I can't advise you as to what that new topic should be. Just post about something you're currently thinking (unless you have such a one-track mind that you're not thinking about anything but your 1000th post).

Does anyone else think the word "random" is overused? People are constantly using it to describe things that aren't actually random. It's like how Alanis Morissette misused "ironic."

Fudd, I don't really have an example at the moment, but I've seen people using the word to describe things that were actually tangentially, and therefore not random at all.
