Hello indie music lovers, Is somebody knows the time of the single marquee moon from TELEVISION rock band on the VYNIL VERSION ? This one is shorter than the CD version (10 minutes) now avaible. For a new french member and for a game magazine. Thanks.

I dunno.
On the Remastered Marquee Moon disc I think the two versions clock in at nearly 11 minutes.

Oooh, I thought it was just a bad tap I had, when Marquee Moon fades out after the instrumental break and you hear tom going "I remember, when the darkness doubled... " I'd subtract about two minutes from that. Otherwise on the new, which I only heard on the CD, you hear that whole first verse again, the guitar arpeggio, and a "day in the life"-esque final note that goes on forever....

Venus is my favorite song from Marquee Moon. That's all I have to say.

Yeah, I think I'd pick "Venus" too, although I really like "Friction" too.

Be-da-do-de-da-de-doooooooooooo....
That was my impression of the main guitar lick from Friction, sans the second half of it.

You bastard! I was considering spending my rent and water bill money on a Greyhound to NYC for that show, but I already had a gigged book with one of my bands and couldn't get out of it. If I Paypal you some $$$ will you buy me a couple of shirts?

I thought this was going to be a discussion of the worth of T.V. I think that's an important argument. I haven't watched TV in months and now all I can really watch is Chinese TV.
