do any of you dudes know how many copies (or have a rough estimate) of the special deluxe envelope sleeve edition of frank's self titled vinyl lp were pressed?

Well, I heard it was "limited edition", but it's probably not as limited edition as it's made out to be.

It's long out of print so it's definitely "limited edition".

A bonus cd came with my Cult of Ray record, with 4 b-sides/unreleased songs on it. Probably a European thing...
