What's Frank saying in the German bit of Ludwigshafen? I have this...

"Sechs sieben [???] fünf neun."

... which I make out to be 6, 7, [???] 5, 9.

What's the missing word, and WTF's he on about?

Isn't that some sort of postal code of Ludwigshafen?

yep it it the postal code for the city. There is absolutely nothing spectacular about Ludwigshafen in my opinion. Its a rather run-down industrial town. Maybe there is some sort of historical importance associated with the town I don't know about.
