I'd enjoy meeting some of the folks here. I'm arriving in London on the 5th of June, working out a schedule for the day would be a bit of a problem for me. Also English is my second language so I might be a bit less than fully eloquent. Will there be any board members meeting up in Paris on June 14th? My French is realy good as long as I keep my mouth shut.

I'm going on June 7th, so I don't know if I'll be in France on the 14th cause my holidays start on the 8th. And these are my last "long" holidays as this my final year as a student, I will start working on July 15th. But there will sure be a meet up, I think, for both dates. Don't worry about your French, people understand the body language very well, here.

ah, no , you see, im not that sort of drinker. One, I dont really drink beer as much as I used to -prefer my wine and whiskeys. (er..im not going to have a challenge on wine though..goes straight to my head).

Yeah? I've heard the French like some "body language". Ugh, alright lame joke. Those French listen and repeat tapes are taking a long time to kick in though. The box promised "Speak like the French in one month!". Hehe, maybe it meant French body langauge.
As for the pre-Brixton meet, I'm in thank you. If I cannot make the afternoon meet I'll check the board to see where you guys will be hanging out after the show or maybe just say hello before the show at the venue.

Anyway, im not gonna be about the forum for a while - (maybe permantely), so could all that are intersted email me - so i have your email addresses - (those who I havent been able to email so far..ie Adnan!and if youre woried about giving email addresses..well..er..were meeting up? work that one out!)
Then we can arrange all this via emails.
All the basics are sorted now, just a matter of finalising details which will prob be more feasable via emails.

yeah that sounds cool, i mis-read it and first and was going to reply with "what the fuck?! i'm seeing the pixies that day, how the fuck am i supposed to be in brighton too" and then i realised that was the brixton meet... not brighton... confusing! but yeah, first weekend of july sounds good to me. i'll check my schedule but i can't see why not... you have my email address already...

i said nothing of the fucking sort!  seriously i'll be fine... don't mind me! i've had 23 years of people saying "i'll keep the dog in the other room" only to open the door every 5 minutes and let the dog in by accident, which because it'd been kept away from me and didn't know me, would jump on me and start trying to lick me... leaving hair all over me... and i was attacked by a dog when i was a little kid... but don't mind me... i'll be fine...

The BRIGHTON meeting shall be over the 1st weekend of JULY 3-4. I will meet you at the Brightin Train Station for about 3-4 pm. (yeah, i really like those numbers.)
We shall the venture off to various pubs in Brighton.
People living from at an inconvenient distance can most probably crash at mine. But more on that at a later date.
Easiest way to get to brighton is to jump on the London Victoria express train to brighton, theres also one from Gatwick, Brighton has quite good links to most places across the country.
The Brixton meetup shall take place on Saturday 5th June.
Im not sure where abouts to meet, as it depends where people know in London, and whats going to be the most convenient. any suggestions? I thought to maybe meet around lunch time, and go from there?
