I am proud to be French today. Not because we're obviously giong to win the Euro 2004. Not because the left won this week end.
Because after Denis, I'm the second Frenchman to enter the 4 kitties Walhalla. Rémig, Frog in the Sand, Jediroller and others, let's sing together :

hmm, i hope this isn't a 1000 posts thread!!! erm, i can't reply with just that, in case it's seen as a 1000 posts post.
i was going to say actually, adnan, if that is your real name... i bet if we did some kind of count, to see which poster started the most threads, you'd be well out in the lead, especially for the general chat forum, you start like 6 a day! lol! you're mad! 
but to keep on topic, yes, france, lovely place, only been there once, stayed in a cottage in the north, was about an hour from the beach, but was in lovely countryside and backed onto a big forest... a woman who lived on a nearby farm came over on our 2nd day there with a big jar full of cherrys for us. lovely people over there too! i must go back some time!

You also have the best national anthem.

About the national anthem, I agree it's not a Hippie song at all, but I think fighting for freedom and your country when it's ruled by dictators is not a shame. |

i for one, as an american, but not a bush-flag-waving american, want to state that everyone i know (including you boardies) that is french has always been quite nice to me, and that most americans are ridiculous in their unneccessary(there's at least one too many consonants there) french bashing. glad to know ya remig, adnan, jediroller, villiande, frog in the sand, etc.
