It's undisputible: Freedom Rock is the BEST song ever written. Take The Beatles, The Stones... etc... fuck those old horses. My name is Chip is none-compareable!! and by all means, fuck the fuckin pixies-horses that are on the track. they cannot drive my funkaholic by. Jesus is dead, but Chip is alive.

"My name is chip, and I'm different!"...that has to be one of the greatest lyrics ever written. This song is truly powerful in lyrics, melody, and theme.

How can "Freedom Rock" be a "2000 Century Song"? Did you mean 20th century?

I play it on the keys all the time and on guitar (though not so well on the latter) and I couldn't agree more!

My favorite line is "Hey sleepy monster in the sand, time to get up and have a drink".
Have some wine, please, don't run away. |

Yes, this post was actually made in the year 199904, regarding the re-release of "Freedom Rock" on Frank's two hundred thousandth album. Of course, he's just a head in a jar, and the world is ruled by apes, but Frank is still making music.

I think this song was at its best when it was performed on Conan O'Brian, in front of footage of Any Richter dancing.

This song has gotten me into a lot of trouble. Often, when browsing in my favorite purveyor of compact discs, a staff member will approach me and try to influence my purchasing decision. I tell them to have a seat, gentlemen. Even when it's a young lady. They don't take kindly to that. And it does come as a shock. |

I drive a 2000 Century, and I agree that this is an excellent song to listen to while doing so. Who would've thought someone else felt the same way with the same car?
