OK, so I was just watching Busted murdering 'Teenage Kicks' on Top Of The Pops (John Peel must be turning in his coffin).
I was sat there muttering to myself, "grr, Busted, I hate Busted, grr. How do you have manufactured punk? grr..."
Then I though, case study: Sex Pistols.
Gah?

Okay, so I was just watching everything since 1972 when I was born.
I was watching and thinking, nothing is genuine anymore and nothing ever will be again. Greed has sunk it's teeth into everything. The bottom line is money.
No Nosatalgia, just cashing in.

Tsk. John Peel is undead, its the only explanation.
Otherwise, it'd be turning in his grave, and it can't be that cos he has to get out to do his show (which is late at night, you'll notice).

still on bbc radio 1, 10pm -2am i think? or around then... after the evening session, or whatever zane calls it now... he has a show on bbc radio 4 too i believe, called home truths.
