My apologies for the delayed response. All refunds have now been processed and issued. If you have not received a refund, and you are due one, please contact your bank.

We are now in a position to offer tickets for the June dares for the Pixies. If you would like to buy tickets please email me a telephone number that you can be reached on during the day.

Result?

I gave them my number, they called and I now have tickets for every night at Brixton!!! (they asked "these are for yourself, right?")
Yes, I am weeping.


Hope others have the same luck. I think it was because I used their automated form help system? Try it!

I can too announce that ticketweb have redeemed themselves.
I decided to take some action for myself and emailed ticketweb asking whether i could get a piece of the action, and low-and-behold, i have just got off the phone, with some tickets for wednesday and thursday to go with the ones i already had for fri and sat....

weehee...

i asked the guy about it all and he said when the site crashed, it crashed with lots of tickets still left, and now they're just going through email by email ringing people up who were wrongly charged offering them the tickets..
i just jumped the cue a bit.

What address did you email for that Benji? I was a ticketmaster victim and although I've been refunded, I've received no email such as that above.

i just did it through their helpdesk feature.
it might me restricted to people who actually contacted them through it about the tickets right after the sale date.....i dunno.

Jurassic Park!

Standing tickets for the Friday. I phoned them up and they had my email address on file so I was an elligible customer. Slightly disconcerting sound of biro on paper as I gave my credit card details. I'll be keeping a close eye on my account balance for a few weeks.
