who was from South Africa. He was called Arjaan or something

Someone from Mozambique was on here I think, don't know if that's who you're talking 'bout Bill. I can imagine Frank not being so big in the dark continent. Not entirely sure why it's called that either, if anyone wants to enlighten (pun... INTENDED) me.
