'Nijmegen' came out on CD. I have it. "Hotel Utah Saloon" was the USB clip release that I actually forgot about until this. Never heard it, but it's got a great tracklist!
I'll get this set. I'm not into vinyl anymore and some of my old CDs are in rough shape. Box sets like this, though--because of the expense, I guess-- feel more like things that you need to take care of. And I do. |

I have the Hotel Utah usb. Great show. Would have loved to have seen it live. Was out and about in Oakland recently to see one of our boys and walked by it. Looked like a great venue. Walked just over 10 miles in Oakland that day and it was an awesome tour with our son.

i'm sorry about my crappy answer.
i'm not that familiar with the album, and i've only listened to the expanded version once. so there really isn't much i can say. i didn't even realise where the regular album ended and the bonus tracks started, to be honest.

| The bonus songs were all previously released, they were used as bonus tracks back when the album originally came out. If I remember right Lost Mi Love was an iTunes exclusive, and the other three were on the Japanese CD release. I don't know where they're available legitimately at this point, but I'm sure someone has uploaded them to Youtube. |
