Ok I'm going to vote against Marigold with the hopes that The Maharal will change his other vote and let the dead surfers live.
My other vote is up in the air at this point. Probably whatever from IC / HC has the most likelihood to go. |

Sorry to fall off. I’m still here, just delayed.

I love 'Andro'. I understand a lot of the criticism of the song around here, but under all that production is a really good song. Surprised to see it listed so early.

| I've started to really enjoy Please Don't Go. It doesn't sound finished to me though, like 'the happening' is a much grander 'the thing' - id like to hear a grander version of Please don't go. |

The rationale behind my votes is largely based on things like
a) if it's a demo does it sound "finished" enough to compete with official releases? Hence goodbye to Chapel Hill and Please Don't Go which sound like first takes of incomplete tunes
b) is it tainted by compression (most of IC and HC, nothing on BTE has this problem to my ears, nor the demos)
c) that's about it
Many of my favorite 2.0 songs are already voted off or soon to be, but I'll still play along to the better end.
As I've said, the worst song that FBF has ever done is far superior to the entire catalogues of the Beatles, Prince, etc (not Dylan) so it's hard to vote off any of them, but duty calls when it's time for forum survivor |
