| Hmm, I've seen Pixies enough times in the past ten years that I figured I'd never need to see them again. Tempted since they're playing Belfast which they never usually visit. That said, Broken Social Scene have a concert coming up too and tickets also go out Friday so I might choose them. |

Yep, €51 in Paris apparently. For the same price I'll see both Shellac and Stephen Malkmus and still have enough for a beer... and I'm sure they won't play Monkey Gone To Heaven.

Twilight Sad put a new show on sale for London this week - I could see them 3 times for the price of a single Pixies ticket. They won't play a new Pixies album though...
Hope they're prepared to play the whole album first time round and not save half the tracks for a second leg. Also, Trompe songs please. |

| Hmm I'm slightly tempted to go to see them in Galway next year, just for the novelty of them playing there. Used to go to the promoter's DJ sets back in the day and he'd grant my requests for Frank Black, Pixies, Replacements, etc. Asked him back then why he didn't book Black Francis solo and he laughed at me like I was nuts, so it's good to see him surpassing even that. |
