absolutely disastrous for my pool tho.

i never checked the line-ups and played Hummels and a few Algerians. i have a couple more players to go. but i'm screwed for this round. also left cillesen in goal and both Rais and Navas scored more points....

so, if you ask me what i'd do; do the opposite and you're sure to get more points. fack

Low scoring round this, shine.

Today's matches ended predictably. Pity, a couple of upsets would have made it really interesting. Getting sick of big European teams. Would love to see Colombia go on and win this thing.

Djabou saved my ass. Entered the game for the last 15' and scored 7 points - as much as Mueller.

Just the ones on the field, not promoting an invasion. Lukaku turned the game, which was nice for my fantasy team.

So who the hell thought it was a good idea to have a World Cup quarter-final and a Wimbledon semi-final on at the same time?

Nope, Rodriguez. 10 x 2 pts. Neuer 13, Hummels 21, Hoewedes 10. The French didn't do well - Benzema 5, Cabaye 8.

She's really good but it's hard to warm to her. She sounds like a corporate PR robot in interviews. Fed/Djojo is a way more exciting prospect. Go Fed!

So I've made some transfers for the semi finals. Time to take this seriously and start my charge for the title...from last place.

share your squad stu...

(so i can change mine to exact same lineup to ensure you dont pass me, the eventual winner, after tro takes the guys i would normally take resulting in a 3 pts/player avg)

I need to come up with a good counter-strategy to this or I'm sunk.

pixiestu, how are you still worse off than me?

so i was looking at my guys then they posted the line-ups and i went in and did a last minute transfer, literally, Silva out for Luiz. then went to put Luiz on my field and the lock came up. 7 points on the bench (not so bad considering). ouch. not to mention i made Hummels my captain :(.

tro, you must have all nazis?

i have 6 guys playing tomorrow. thats all i got.

I put 6 Germans on the pitch cos I heard it was Christ's night off last night. Lucky for me Oscar's an athiest. Overall rank 866. Got 4 new guys playing today; Romero, De Vrij, Mascherano, Messi.
