I went into a record store at the weekend and they had a vinyl copy of "Pixies at the BBC". I was suprised to see that it has 30 tracks on it! There are only 15 tracks on the CD copy that I have. Is there anywhere I can get these extra tracks on CD?
Is this how the album was originally released? i.e. 30 tracks on the vinyl and 15 tracks on the CD?

It's a bootleg. It started showing up last year.

The original release never officially came out on vinyl.

Ah I see. Thanks for the info. Hopefully it will make an appearance on CD.

do you know what the tracklist of the vinyl record was?

if you look at the cd bootleg "rough diamonds", it has all of "at the bbc" and more: some bbc sessions had more songs than were included on "at the bbc". maybe that record has a similar tracklist? http://aleceiffel.free.fr/boots.html#rough

I don't have it, but discogs (a site that's usually pretty reliable) has a tracklist for the vinyl posted.
