TV shows and the like. Just started watching The Returned (Les Revenants), a French Twin Peaksy drama series about a bunch of coach crash victims who return from the dead to their Alpine town. Neither the victims nor the townsfolk know why this has happened. The drama is played completely straight, I think that's why it's so gripping. Two episodes in so far. Denis you been watching?

My wife like to watch all those murder dramas. So I watch murder dramas. Big Bang Theory too, we laugh at that.

just started 24 season 6. dont nobody go spoilin' it for me. Dexter of course.

i am also eagerly awaiting Breaking Bad and the new season of Sons of Anarchy.

and for shits and giggles i'm watching Big Brother 15 USA - the shows are pretty addictive but have a way of making you feel like an asshole for watching. i also catch an e[isode or 2 of Family Feud once in a while - i like Steve Harvey and some people are pretty funny, you just can't make up characters like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqDGK_UjfFI

Watched five episodes of the new Arrested Development. I'm thinking of leaving at that. Has anyone seen the whole thing? Does it get any better?

Also just finished watching season 3 of Bob's Burguers. Always very funny.

And yeah, waiting for the final episodes of Breaking Bad.

I'm an H. Ron Benjamin fan.

Do you watch Archer, Velvety? I've watched almost every episode.

Have you watched Home Movies or Dr. Katz? It's all top, top.

Yes, Hammerhands, also a H. Jon Benjamin fan. Dr. Katz, Home Movies and now Bob's Burguers. I've heard lots of good things about Archer, has he always been part of that show?

What channel? I catch some episodes here in L.A. on over-the-air digital subchannel MeTV, which I assume is only a US station. They seem to be pretty good about keeping the commercial breaks to a minimum.

I love how the show always works in at least one phone call for Bob (his forte from the stand-up days). Also when I watched that show as a kid I never realized Suzanne Pleshette was such a babe.

Breaking Bad! Can't wait to see what happens in the final episode next week!

Also, started watching the Sopranos because I never saw it when it was on and I've got the box set here, still on the first season though.

Just finished watching the first season of Orange Is the New Black. Started to lose interest a few episodes in but stuck with it and although I don't think it's great, I think I'll watch season 2 (whenever that's out) just to see where they go with it.

A few great shows ive watched recently; Romanzo Criminale - based on true story of a Roman criminal gang in 70's and 80's. Beautifully filmed, great characters, locations and a fantastic soundtrack. Everything from Devo's 'Gut Feeling' to Bonnie Tyler's 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' played out to violent scenes, genius.

Peaky Blinders - set in 1920's Birmingham (UK) Cillian Murphy is as compelling as ever as the leader of the gang called the Peaky Blinders who is being hunted by a Belfast inspector (on the hunt for stolen IRA gun stache) played by Sam Neill who does a more then decent job.

Wallander - you can forget your CSI's and Law and Orders, Kurt Wallander in the original Swedish drama brings the genre back to what it is all about. Mystery, character depth and great locations.

i liked how far and into detail they went to totally recreate the 70's Italy.
but i couldn't help but measure it to the classic mafia tv series created in the 80's - La Piovra - in which the director of Romanzo Criminale had the starring role as inspector Cattani. no romanticising, no wanton violence, but when there was it was brutally real and tragic, a very straight depiction of what organised crime does to a community. at least the first few seasons. plus Morricone made some memorable music for it.

i thought this was really well done. you'd think the title character would become MORE likable. i'm looking forward to the next season.

tried Lillyhammer. the first episode had me excited, as the setting is foreign, literally and figuratively, to me as an American. lots to be exposed to. but the second episode made it seem like this big dumb bigoted american was supplying a breath of fresh air to these backwoods stiffs. boo. hiss. interesting concept squandered.

i don't have time for TV right now. i got a PS3 at christmas and spend my free time playing Borderlands 2 and Diablo 3.

You mean you haven't seen Andy Warhol's Thames: The Movie, Tisasawath? ;)

It's amazing how many famous (or soon-to-be) and familiar faces pop up in The Sweeney. You can't move for stars, character actors and Star Wars admirals!
