I just bought it, and I am waiting on it to arrive. Anyone listen to it? Any differences?

So to answer my own question, Mofi's Doolittle is a nice vinyl. If you like heavier percussion then you would like this. Other than that I can't find any differences between this and the other CD releases. It has a nice full sound, but it isn't hugely unique. I am pretty sure you can EQ your CD into the way this vinyl sounds. But it is worth listening to.

Hi Champ,
Do you know if it' the same mix as came with Minotaur? I'm keen to buy it, but not if I already have it :)

been listening to this alb recently. as a fresh pixies in fan in 1999, i started with Death to the Pixes best-of, then moved on to bossanova, surfer rosa and live@ the BBC. so, by this time i was only missing 2 or 3 songs from doolittle. thus, doolittle has always come off as a best-of to me, and seemed "played" before i even played it.

but it is what it is, and what it is is THE pixies album. that's all there is to it. love this shit.

Out of interest, what were the 2 or 3 songs Jose?

My memories of Doolittle. Day of UK release, April 1989. Portobello Road for lunch, then into Rough Trade Records. Picked up vinyl. Back to work. Get home. Play record. Me and my flatmates practically struck dumb through Side A. Astonishing fucking record.
