Very keen to order one too but I still can't use Blackfrancis.net without my whole computer freezing. It's no good at all. Have given up on it.

Yeah blackfrancis.net is a bit heavy. It's really nice to use the player of FB's complete discography but they should put a light version for old computers and shitty conexions.

looks like the link hammerhands posted does just that. it's the same website, but without the player. http://www.blackfrancis.net/cms
or is that still too heavy?

Arrived yesterday, nice compilation. No surprises for the folks here who've been paying too much attention to the one-offs released on MySpace, et al. Definitely for fans... some iffy demo quality there. Why Virginia Reel wasn't an album track is mystifying. Bring on more Bureau releases!

A cdr? That's strange. The cd prices are so cheap today it's not really usefull to use duplication rather than pressing.
I dont know in the USA but now in Europe you make 1000 cds for about 300 euros including impression, and that's way safer than a cdr.

No surprises? Well I'd say the artwork on the CD was quite a surprise...

MPO makes you 1000 real cds (and printed quite well) without packaging for 400 euros. I dont need the packaging cos i make it myself...
But it seems you have to negociate the price. And that was a year ago.
Sorry i exagerated a bit with 300 euros (i never remember prices and number)

Looks like it is a CR-r. It smells like one and I googled some of the numbers on it and found 2 other albums which have the same Matrix Number (Inner Ring): C0609T MBI 80UG and under format for both they state: CDr.

The disc label does seem to have some relief to it though.

The artwork on the disk is some what reminiscent of pot’s earlier, cruder, effort.

LOL not to the best of my knowledge.

If you turn the disc 90% it looks like a set of lips, which funnily enough it the logic that I also apply to real vaginas.
