Leno is a slimeball (but he use to be funny way, way back when he was a guest on Late Night with David Letterman).
But, Conan hasn't been nearly as funny on The Tonight Show as he was on Late Night. He watered it down. So, maybe something good will come out of him losing The Tonight Show. |

conan's been doing whatever he wants since this fiasco started. it's amazing. he hasn't been this hilarious for years! too bad it's ending in a week. like you said, though- hopefully he can go to fox where bears can masturbate freely and without shame.

O'Brien's shows as part of the deal. That means the bits and characters will
likely never be seen after O'Brien's "Tonight" ends its run Jan. 22.
That is the biggest bunch of horse shit I have ever heard. Sean's right, what is NBC going to do with it? The only reason I can think that they would claim IP rights is that they believe it will hamper Conan's ability to compete with the Tonight Show later on.
Good thing Conan is creative enough to come up with new bits in a hurry. I mean, he could easily bring on a masturbating turtle or something, which would still be funny as hell. Relocate Conando to Moscow where he could be Vladicon O'Brienov. He'll figure out something, but this is still a shit move by NBC. |
