this place is crawling with Liverpudlians what with the football, thousands of redfaced fellows in teeshirts stumbling around gorging themselves on whatever there is to gorge yourself on around here then leave it in a nice pool of stomach-acid stew on the pavement. The riot police have vans crammed into every large plaza, I guess they're grateful to the football fans for providing the entertainment. There were a bunch of kids with signs saying FREE HUGS on the main drag yesterday hugging passers-by and I heard two guys in football shirts say "What would ye want a fookin hug fer?" ah Liverpool.

i don't think it is fair to have a go at ALL scousers because, as everyone knows, kopites are gobshites, whereas everton fans are a lovely bunch

My god, it's like being at work. The Everton fan on my team wouldn't do some work for an employee named Steven Gerrard today, JUST because that is his name.

*Not saying all Everton fans are like this, just a stupid minority as all football clubs have.
