My user name is actually JasonHernandez. No space 'tween the first and last name.
The board wouldn't let me edit my post for some reason. |

Hey, you gave Honeycomb 3.5 stars (out of 5). Damn you!
Yeah, very cool site. I'm going to sign up for it and start rating my collection. Problem is, though, I'm always changing my ratings for my music.
I could not find my honeycomb. |

You can change your ratings. I change mine a lot.
Another cool feature is their "compatability" list. The website figures out the top 100 users who, in terms of musical taste, are most compatible with you (based on your ratings, stuff you own, stuff on your wishlist). It's a fun way to get turned on to more music. |

Just for an example of how intriguingly odd some of these lists can look, here are the top 25 favorite albums according to the compiled ratings of my current group of rateyourmusic friends (and it always changes a little when you add new friends, which is interesting. To me, at least. Maybe I'm easily amused!)
1 Yes Close to the Edge 2 The Beach Boys Pet Sounds 3 Ramones Ramones 4 Pink Floyd The Dark Side of the Moon 5 Talking Heads Remain in Light 6 Bob Dylan Highway 61 Revisited 7 Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here 8 Guided by Voices Bee Thousand 9 Hüsker Dü Zen Arcade 10 Bob Dylan Blood on the Tracks 11 Pink Floyd Animals 12 The Rolling Stones Exile on Main Street 13 Pixies Doolittle 14 Genesis Selling England by the Pound 15 Radiohead OK Computer 16 The Who Quadrophenia 17 The Beatles Revolver 18 King Crimson Red 19 Brian Eno Another Green World 20 The Beatles The Beatles [White Album] 21 The Beatles Abbey Road 22 The Rolling Stones Let It Bleed 23 Television Marquee Moon 24 Peter Gabriel Peter Gabriel [3] 25 The Who Live at Leeds

I just added you, Mr. Hernandez. I had no idea you were such an avid Guided By Voices fan. |
