I'm a sunglass fan and collector, and my best guess is that those are Carrera sunglasses. I've seen some 90's Carrera sunglasses (and have a pair), and they often had that very customized metal side bar like that. Check on ebay for Carrera sunglasses and you might find some old vintage cateye models like that.
Unfortunately, you can't often find cool vintage sunglases in good condition due to the simple fact that if they are cool, you wear them, and if you wear them often, sunglasses only last a year or two before they get scratched up or worn out, no matter how well you treat them.
